  • The 10 h flight from Mumbai to Paris passed quickly

  • Slept in a bed for 4 hours without moving instead of the initial airport seat plan

  • appreciated my mum gave me ¨me time¨ and left me alone most of the day when I was not in the mood

  • Many people called me and sent me messages for my name day we kind of celebrate in Slovakia
  • I donated some money for a good cause
  • I expressed a lot of my feelings to new friends
  • I petted a beautiful dog who looks exactly like mine (Mountain Bernese)

  • finished reading Chicken Soup for the Soul by Jack Canfield

  • I watched a video of a guy with no arms and just half a leg and he was super happy and doing most of the life activities which really made me feel grateful for having both legs and arms and all of them healthy

20. December 2014

  • went to Kosice for the entire day
  • saw a deer family in the forest
  • loved the Christmas lights and songs
  • saw an incredibly huge and beautiful rainbow from the car
  • walked more than 13,400 steps (almost 10 km)
  • ate roasted chestnuts (for me Xmas markets are all about chestnuts)
  • smiled at some nice guys
  • danced at the main square (I dance only in the shower, and when it’s freezing cold)
  • got a really tasty hot chocolate
  • spent around 30 minutes online
  • ate a lot (grateful for having the abundance of food)
  • was invited for lunch
  • invited my family for a coffee + tea
  • read an ebook in the car
  • sang a lot
  • listened to an outdoor concert

  • taught 2 hours of yoga
  • meditated for a few times
  • relaxed most of the day
  • went for a walk with my mum
  • watched 2 romantic comedies by the Xmas tree (usually, I don’t watch TV almost at all)
  • read half of the book Chicken Soup for the Soul by Jack Canfield 
  • listened to a webinar
  • laughed a lot
  • read a few emails in the morning
  • had a cup of a good tea

18. December 2014

  • talked about the guys with one of my best friends I haven’t seen for 2 weeks
  • spent the whole afternoon with my mum and her partner
  • spent a lot of time walking outside
  • smiled at random strangers at the street
  • listened to a native-American man playing on a weird musical instrument
  • enjoyed the pre-Christmas atmosphere and the lights at the market
  • bought 2 new orgonites (one is a big orgone pyramid) and the salesman replaced my older orgone heart for a new shiny one without me asking
  • walked more than 11,000 steps
  • taught 1 hour of yoga
  • 3 guys showed up at my yoga class
  • I got hand-made natural soaps from a yoga student done by her daughter
  • chatted with a few friends
  • read a little bit

  • it rained when I woke up but then it was even sunny for some time
  • I saw my best male friend after 4 months and talked about relationships
  • did not eat anything not in a liquid form until 2 pm
  • read and replied to as many emails as possible (from 1,529 I had when I woke up to 1,436)
  • saw a blogger friend for a cup of tea (she was born in the same town but we only met through our blogs in 2013)
  • ate very little the whole day
  • drank a lot
  • taught 2 hours of yoga
  • got an early Christmas gift from 2 friends – a drawing of me
  • was invited to talk at a conference in April in Bratislava
  • continued with the forgiveness course
  • was calm all day long
  • celebrated the 6th birthday of one of my best friend’s son

  • spent 90 minutes at a beneficial concert organized by a friend of mine where another friend sang, loved it!
  • took some videos
  • was invited for lunch
  • walked with a friend and her new born baby
  • earned something again
  • was in an awesome mood all day long
  • taught 2 hours of yoga = 53 days of daily yoga and meditation
  • friends invited me for delicious dinner
  • I read before going to sleep

15. December 2014

  • I didn’t have to wait anywhere at all – went to 3 places and usually it would take me to spend an hour there in the Q but today I was the first everywhere
  • I earned something
  • walked 10,000 steps
  • did yoga on a chair
  • spent hours with my grandparents, uncle and cousin
  • I had goose bumps for an hour during the entire concert of Lucie Bila, incredible voice!
  • I finally met a singer (one of my earlier idols) in person
  • had hot chocolate with my mum
  • was really happy and smiling the whole day
  • it was another sunny day
  • my mum’s partner filmed me for a campaign
  • received a motivational book

14. December 2014

  • I stayed in bed until 12 pm
  • I needed to recharge my energy = to be alone so spent the whole day on my own
  • did not switch on my phone at all
  • I walked along the river observing ducks and the sun reflection on the water
  • saw very unique black hens with black feathers that looked like green in the light
  • sat down on the grass by the river and meditated (in 5 Celsius degrees)
  • practiced yoga for 1 hour by the Christmas tree
  • I read Magia kazdodenneho zivota by Maria Szepes
  • was online for less than 30 minutes (finally!)
  • realized once again that I am not willing to flirt not to have anything else, except a real friendship, with a guy who is not single (yes, I do believe in karma)
  • I wrote a 4-page article about swimming with the whale sharks for the Slovak Man magazine I’ve been writing articles for every month for a year already
  • I listened to The Voice – the best blind auditions which gave me chills. Cannot live without music!
  • read before bed again

13. December 2014

  • I woke up in a bad mood, really tired but went for a walk with my mum who made me laugh
  • saw an old man walking along the street and he was listening to You are beautiful on his phone
  • watched wild ducks swimming in the river, so cute
  • power yoga in underwear in front of a mirror
  • spent time with my little brother and my father
  • I finished reading The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz
  • hot bath with mineral salts and eucalyptus essential oil
  • cheeky chat with a friend
  • 50 days of daily yoga and meditation, yay ?
  • I walked 11,678 steps
  • my mum and her partner made a Mexican dinner for me (my very favorite guacamole!)
  • called my grandparents
  • talked to a great friend of mine about relationships
  • felt happiness when looking at our new Christmas tree
  • I read before bed until 2.30 am
  • I finished and published a very important post about the lessons my brother’s suicide taught me

 

12. December 2014

  • I woke up and it was sunny (not very normal in winter, so I appreciate every sunny day)
  • my mum left the heating on for me in the kitchen where I write for so it would be warm once I woke up
  • I wrote 2 articles for my blog and half of another important article
  • I made friends with Marek Lacko – a Slovak singer who btw looks really cool
  • I had the best lunch ever (my favorite one – bananas, cinnamon, carob, date syrup and raw cacao)
  • I taught 2 hours of yoga
  • I walked for 90 minutes with my mum
  • I walked 10,736 steps
  • I read the Bringers of the Light by Neale Donald Walsch
  • I read TheLittle Soul and the Sun by Neale Donald Walsch
  • I read 20 out of 54 pages of The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz
  • I was practicing some easy yoga positions when reading on the ground
  • I took a hot bath with Ylang Ylang essential oil which reminded me of my time at Blue Osa in Costa Rica
  • I sent a postcard to a friend of mine who lives in the Philippines
  • I participated in the Master Shift World Peace Meditation (my second one after the 8th August World Peace Meditation lead by Deepak Chopra)
  • after a 6-hour sleep the night before I stayed awake until 3 am again reading and writing
  • my Facebook fanpage reached 45,000 fans ?

 

11. December 2014

  • teaching yoga again after a week – my students came very happy saying they were missing my yoga classes
  • I taught yoga for 60 minutes
  • a fan/friend/yoga student drew a picture of me (out of a blue she just drew a photo I had on facebook) as my Christmas present
  • I arrived safe and sound back home to Snina after a 13 h night train trip from Prague
  • my mum bought me some sports clothes when I was gone and made me a salad for dinner
  • I received the December issue of the Slovak Man magazine where my article about Ek Balam and the Mexican Dead Sea was published
  • I gave my mum some natural cosmetics I bought her in Prague
  • I replied to more than 20 important emails
  • I cleaned up the clothes in my room
  • found out one of my best friends is in town for 2 weeks, yay!
  • chatted online with Johny (a very cool guy I met in Prague last weekend) who told me I inspire him so I sent him a few motivational ebooks to inspire him even more (always love to see more and more people who are open to new ideas and are trying to get better)
  • found out that Nick Woodman, the developer of the GoPro camera I never really liked, has a pretty nice smile
  • I was invited on a trip to Bucharest, Romania in April 2015
  • I was 95% raw vegan today (had 2 pieces of chocolate, oops)
  • a Slovak girl with similar interests I’ve never met in person reached out to me with a collaboration idea for the next year
  • I finished reading the ebook Why men don’t listen and women can’t read maps by Allan and Barbara Pease
  • I read the whole Little Book of Life by Neale Donald Walsch
  • I sang loud a few times when alone in the apartment
  • my mum’s partner offered me a ride but I refused and walked with my suitcase from the train station to my apartment instead to burn some calories
  • I voted for my friend’s blog to win the best travel blog of 2014
  • I kissed my friend’s baby and hugged her other son twice
  • I said no to chocolate at midnight and drank water instead
  • I realized I am 30 years old and I’ve been to 45 countries already

Who is Crazy Sexy Fun Traveler?
