  • finished a super long post about my entire 2015 year to realize many things
  • walked 10,000 steps
  • enjoyed loads of Sun on my face but it was freezing
  • started with doing New Year resolutions already today
  • spent the day with a great friend and family
  • loads of cool messages
  • many tasty meals
  • watched tons of fireworks
  • laughed like a happy kid
  • many deep conversations
  • wrote down my 2016 goals and resolutions
  • some nice hugs

  • gained energy from the cold sunbeams
  • deep conversations with a great friend
  • cleaned up the house a bit
  • taught a 2-hour yoga class
  • sat down and contemplated on the 2015 situations and lessons I learned
  • raw vegan poppy seed milk
  • Indian tea masala (no milk) after long time made me happy
  • worked a bit
  • took 2 super long warm showers
  • had a lovely evening
  • read before going to bed
  • no over-eating at night
  • did the dishes
  • new infra-red light for the apartment

  • did not feel cold at all which is unusual in this weather
  • took an important decision which affected someone I care about a lot but it was easily understood
  • counted my expenses and earnings which put a smile on my face
  • watched a romantic comedy with my mum having a great laugh
  • heard out a few friends
  • wrote half of an article
  • read motivational articles

  • realized many important things about my life, past and present, and relationships
  • all the conversations I had were super deep
  • got invited for tea and dinner
  • received/gave hugs
  • mum prepared a tasty soup for me
  • took a couple of important decisions
  • listened to my friends when they needed to talk and they listened to me, too
  • had a super funny situation when running into a freind on the street which made me laugh
  • wrote half of an article at 1 am when feeling inspired
  • read before going to bed

  • saw a childhood friend and had the best conversation with her

  • did everything I can to avoid sinus infection – tea with spices, infra-red light, fruit with Vitamin C

  • watched romantic movies on the sofa
  • had one of the most honest conversations with a close friend
  • walked more than 10,000 steps breathing fresh air
  • realized that sometimes it’s not good to push things but to go with the flow instead
  • enjoyed time by the Xmas tree
  • petted my lovely dog and one of my family cats
  • enjoyed a hot shower
  • a good friend said something super nice about me
  • received sweet Xmas messages also from people I don’t even know well

  • Someone special sent me a few messages to cheer me up

  • Mum and her partner did grocery shopping for me

  • it was sunny for most of the day after more than a week! what a pleasant feeling

  • had the best laugh at the yoga ever!
  • listened to music that made me smile a lot

  • drank a young coconut after almost 2 weeks; I missed it like crazy!
  • just 1 coconut for dinner, nothing else, no over-eating

  • almost did not work as I needed to relax

  • traveled for the first time on a bullet-proof and rock-proof bus with a couple of soldiers with guns and even though it felt a bit weird, it felt safe, too
  • a bunch of kids run out of school and started shaking my hands, smiling at me, asking for selfies and then one came to me again and just hugged me out of the blue (almost made me cry, what a sweet gesture)
  • many Palestinians were really interested to learn more about my life and where I am from
  • I had lunch with a poor Palestinian family (the kids served me) 
  • had a really nice shy eye contact (a few times) with a 
  • was invited for Italian dinner
  • took 2 long showers
  • was feeling sick, had very little sleep and got stron period but still managed to do loads of things during the day

  • legs on the wall, pretty much the only thing that could count as my daily 20 min yoga

  • Was picked up at the airport by new friends and one of them drove me to the next city at 4am for an hour
  • My accommodation was taken care of and I could go to sleep to my bed properly after 24h of traveling at 6am
