Siam Park, Tenerife
The Siam Park is located on the Canary Island of Tenerife, one of the most-know islands in Spain. Set on the coast just outside the South Western city of Adeje, it is a spectacular water park with old Siam (Thailand) as its overall theme. Siam Park, which was opened in 2008 by Her Royal Highness, The Princess of Thailand, draws thousands of visitors.
Claiming to be the most spectacular water park in Europe the rides and water features of Siam Park has a tropical paradise background. It has a lovely river flowing through its 40 acres or so. The quaint little wooden walkways over the river, the floating market replica and a purpose built, sandy white beach take you back to magical Thailand.
The bars and restaurants, offering Thai cuisine, reprise the Thai experience and so do most of the rides and water features. You can rent out villas and cabanas on the site, which include several features for free.

The Tower of Power: This is a transparent slide, which rushes down 28 stomach-wrenching metres before depositing you into an aquarium.
The Volcano: Sitting with three others in a bowl spun by swirling water raging around in a volcano crater. It will have you screaming and gasping for breath.
Wave Palace: Three metre high waves, the highest artificial waves in the world, deposit you on a white sandy beach. You can also get surfing lessons here.
Lazy River: This is welcome change from the other frantic speedy rides. Sit back on comfortable floating couches and lazily glide past lush vegetation all through the park. This is the longest ‘lazy river’ in the world.
Lost City: This one is strictly for the kids. The many towers are joined by bridges and nets that sway over waterfalls and fountains. The slides are milder too.
Siam Park, Tenerife is a great place to holiday because it gives you an adrenalin rush, good food, great weather, fabulous settings and a relaxing time.
