Merry Christmas from Slovakia
For me, Christmas is family time. I don’t mind to get frozen and spend time like a snowman with ten layers of clothes if only I can be with my family at Christmas. Not even the best beaches of the world could convince me to get a suntan instead of cold snowy Christmas.
In 2010 I could not go home to Slovakia as I was stuck at cabin crew job in Scotland and I said never again. In 2011 I was in Thailand but decided to go to my home town and spend proper Christmas at my grandparents’ house as every year since I was born.
And here I am now too. And this is how Christmas looks like in East Slovakia.

This is nice to read that you love to be with your family on Christmas. This time I am far from my family in India that’s why I am missing them a lot, but I am always being in contact with them just to convince my heart that I am with them. But it’s much difficult!
