Views of New York City from Circle Line Cruise
Exploring New York City could one do for weeks and still find out something new and interesting every day. During my two weeks in NYC getting over my break up, I knew I had to take Circle Line Sightseeing Cruise around NYC to see the city from a different point of view … the one I cannot live without – boat trip!
To skip the long lines when buying a ticket as the cruise is very popular, I chose CityPASS ticket which gave me a big discount too. You all know that my favorite part of the day is sunset, no wonder why I took the cruise at sunset time :)
You have to be at Pier 83 (West 42nd Street 12th Avenue) half an hour before the cruise. The Harbor Lights Cruise took 2 hours and from the Hudson River we saw Midtown Manhattan, New Jersey, Financial center, then to the East River, Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn and Astoria and then on the way back we visited from close what we were all looking forward to – the mega famous Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island next to it and then just enjoyed the pinky skies until we got back to the harbor.
My Circle Line Cruise experience was a press trip organized by CityPASS. All the thoughts in this article are my own. For more information, please check out CityPASS website.

Such great pictures Alex! A few years back I was traveling to NYC to see my girlfriend at the time. (Actually she was Slovak too) We never took a boat trip! Doh! I’ve been looking for a company that will rent me a sailboat for the day next time I’m out that way, but New York prices are way out of my current budget.
I love NYC!

I’d love to do this, Alex. I love how your photos were in order and faded with the sun. I really need to get to NYC. It’s such a special place. I’m glad you got a chance to enjoy it.
