Everyone succumbs to stress at some point in their lives. Whether it’s because of money worries, an unmanageable workload or looking after young kids, it can be all too easy to let everything get on top of you. Meanwhile, many people may feel the need to detox after the Christmas binge and make a fresh start.
This infographic from Spabreaks.com lists five of the best places to go for a detox session during a holiday. Detox is something that many people will feel the need to do, but why? At this time of year, it’s understandable that you might be feeling lethargic, sluggish and tired, but to make a new start, detox is essential.
Anyone who gets away on a regular basis will know that holidays can do wonders in terms of recharging the batteries. Detox spa breaks are perhaps better than any other type of break for revitalising you, especially if you’re feeling a little jaded.
The UK is perhaps the best place in the world to go on a spa break. The treatments are second to none, the locations of many spa resorts are in quiet, rural places and if you fancy wandering outside to see a few sights, there’s nothing stopping you.

Hopefully I will speak also more about North England spas soon!
The UK has certainly grown over the years in the number of Spa break facilities. The ones you’ve highlighted look lovely. Just a shame that you haven’t mentioned any close for those of us who live in the north of England or north of Britain.
